Avison Young’s Ryan Miller to Expand Valuation & Advisory in CA

Ryan Miller will serve as senior director, valuation & advisory services out of Avison Young’s California offices. In this role, Miller will focus on expanding services in the Western states with a concentrated focus on the Southern California region. With more than 20 years’ experience in real estate appraisal and consulting, he comes to California from Avison Young’s Canadian offices. 

“Ryan’s sophisticated valuation experience, coupled with his unmatched analytical skills, will allow us to provide our clients throughout Southern California with an exceptionally elevated level of advisory services,” said Avison Young principal & managing director – Southern California, Chris Cooper.   

Miller will be responsible for launching valuation and advisory efforts in the Southern California region. He will consult, produce, and analyze cash flows and financial models on a wide range of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and commercial condominiums, along with development land, recreational facilities and special use facilities.
