Avison Young to Spearhead Leasing at Fair Lawn MOB

Avison Young has been exclusively retained by Atkins Companies to market and lease its recently acquired 150,000-square-foot medical/professional office building at 17-17 Rte. 208 in Fair Lawn, NJ.

Executive director Jeff Heller and SVP Steven Geltzeiler will represent Atkins to lease the available units within the building. Current tenants include Summit Health, which recently moved to the building and occupies 78,000 square feet; law firm Gottlieb & Greenspan, LLC, which recently expanded; and SportsCare Physical Therapy.

“The New Jersey office market is showing signs of stabilization, and the medical sector continues its strength and expansion throughout the state,” said Heller. “Tenants are increasingly seeking high-quality, amenity-rich properties supported by financially stable owners for their employees, clients and patients. We are proud to partner with Atkins Companies to bring this asset to full occupancy with exceptional tenants who are seeking well-located, high-performance space to meet their specific operational needs.”
