Avison Young Tapped to Sell Loudon County Office Campus
Avison Young has been tapped to sell Riverside Landing, an office campus in Loudon County, VA., which features one 83,000-square-foot, three story office building and one 12,000-square-foot, multi-purpose building used for conferences, lodging and entertainment.
Built in 2005, the 11-acre campus is located in Lansdowne within Loudon County. The team which built the campus, Davis, Carter, Scott and Whiting-Turner, as well as Urban Engineering, also created four expansion concepts that would add around 54,500 square feet of office space to the property, bringing the total size to 147,500 square feet.
“Riverside Landing is a unique and superior blend of location, quality and flexibility” said Dan Gonzalez, principal at Avison Young. “It will appeal to investors looking to capitalize on one of the country’s strongest markets, and to users who seek a world-class facility in the heart of our region’s highly-coveted talent pool and amenity base.”
