Avison Young Tapped to Manage 500K-SF South Florida Industrial Portfolio

Avison Young has been tapped by Principal Real Estate Investors to manage a 501,593-square-foot, three-building industrial warehouse portfolio in Broward County.

The portfolio includes the 232,887-square-foot Lyons Technology Park in Coconut Creek, the 169,033-square-foot Pointe West Commerce Center in Davie, and the 99,673-square-foot Port 95 Business Center in Hollywood. The Broward warehouse portfolio represents Avison Young’s first property management assignment with Principal Real Estate Investors, following a long-standing leasing services relationship. Avison Young’s Florida property management portfolio is now at 22 million square feet.

“When Avison Young entered the Florida market in 2012, we started with a three-million-square-foot property management portfolio of privately-owned assets,” said Michael Vullis, principal at Avison Young. “In just seven years, we’ve grown our assignments exponentially to 22 million square feet.”
