Avison Young Tapped to Lease Redeveloped MOB in Southeast Michigan

Avison Young has been appointed as leasing agent for a 108,231-square-foot office building at 645 W Grand River in Howell, MI.  The three-story building in southeast Michigan is newly named Howell Health Hub.

The Avison Young agency leasing is led by Jacob Zammit, based in the firm’s Detroit office. Zammit will handle leasing efforts on behalf of building ownership Acquira Realty Holdings, which purchased it in April 2021.

The property was formerly home to Citizens Insurance and is now undergoing extensive renovations to convert the property from a single tenant office building to a multi-tenant medical office campus.

“This building offers uninhibited flexibility and opportunity for growth for medical practices in the Livingston County area,” said Zammit. “The 64 and older age demographic accounts for the largest proportion of residents in the county, trailed only slightly by the 50-59-year-old demographic.”
