Avison Young Tapped to Lease Peachtree Corners Offices

Avison Young Atlanta was selected by Icarus Alternative Investments and Scipio Ventures to lease 3550 Engineering Dr., a four-story, 101,809 square-foot, Class A office building in Peachtree Corners, GA. The lead brokers representing the recently acquired property are Avison Young’s Kirk Rich and Chris Godfrey.

“More than ever, tenants are looking to reduce their time in the car,” said Louis Mertz, manager – Scipio Ventures. “3550 Engineering Dr. eliminates the hassle of traffic and will give our tenants the best access to green space as well as amazing retail and restaurants for lunches or quick dinner pick-ups.”

Spaces from 2,166 square feet to a contiguous 51,909-square-foot block are available. 3550 Engineering Dr. will also anchor the future 11.5-mile Peachtree Corners Technology Park Trail and nine-acre park, which will provide immediate access to multi-use trails that will connect the entire city and link residential and retail spaces.
