Avison Young Tabs Gouveia as NorCal Innovation & Insight Lead

Dina Gouveia

Nick Slonek, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Northern California region has announced that Dina Gouveia has been named Northern California Regional Lead, Innovation & Insight. Based in San Francisco, Gouveia will lead the region’s Innovation & Insight, AVANT team which crafts real estate analyses for NorCal markets.

With more than two decades of experience, Gouveia has led, mentored and trained brokers, marketing and research professionals in the commercial real estate industry. She’s partnered with real estate teams to create economic analyses, market studies and white papers that help landlords, tenants, investors and municipalities make informed decisions.
