Avison Young Sells Four Manhattan Buildings for $60M 

Avison Young has facilitated the sale of four Manhattan buildings on behalf of Page Management to Derby Copeland Capital for a combined $60.25 million. The properties are located in the West Village, Chelsea, and Soho. 

82 Washington Place sold for $15 million, offering 27,108 square feet and 36 units; 188-192 Avenue of the Americas sold for $24.1 million, offering 33,930 square feet and 59 units; 236 West 15th Street sold for $10.5 million, offering 17,154 square feet and 37 units; and 253-255 West 11th Street sold for $10.65 million, offering 19,680 square feet and 40 units. 

The transaction was handled by James Nelson, David Shalom, Brandon Polakoff, Ryan McGuirl, and Alexandra Marolda of Avison Young’s Manhattan office. “This was the first sale in more than 60 years for these buildings and we’re happy to get this across the finish line for our clients,” said Shalom.
