First Citizen Bank’s CIT Division in $29.9M Industrial Loan

Avison Young Secures 56K-SF of Industrial Leases in Marlborough

Avison Young has arranged 56,250 square feet in new industrial lease deals at 753 Forest Street in Marlborough. The new leases bring the property’s occupancy level to 100%. 

Built in 1986, 753 Forest Street is a 75,000-square-foot property featuring private rear-loading docks, heating and cooled warehouse space and easy subdivision opportunities that provide tenants with the flexibility to accommodate a range uses from office to industrial. Global electronics solutions provider Richardson Electronics has recommitted to a longer-term lease for 40,650 square feet, North American fastener distributor Fastenal Company has signed a new 7,965-square-foot lease and measurements solutions provider Mitutoyo America Corporation has also extended its lease for a longer-term for 7,644 square feet.

Bill Sullivan and Jon Pezzoni of Avison Young represented the landlord, True Associates, of Westwood as well as the tenants, in the negotiations.
