Avison Young Secures 19K-SF Biotech Lease in Billerica

Avison Young has secured an 18,568-square-foot office lease on behalf of PureHoney Technologies, a pharmaceutical and biotech research center, at 3 Federal Street in Billerica.

PureHoney Technologies will relocate from its current headquarters at 44 Manning Road in the fourth quarter of 2021 to accommodate the firm’s growing business. PureHoney Technologies is a contract research organization that provides mass spectrometry and analytic services to clients in the biopharma industry.

Kirk Weller and Jason Levendusky, of Avison Young’s Boston office, represented the tenant in the negotiations while Brian Tisbert of JLL represented the landlord, Rhino Capital.
