Avison Young Secures 168K-SF Industrial Lease in Charlotte

Avison Young has secured a 168,480-square-foot industrial lease in Charlotte, on behalf of real estate development and investment firm Scannell Properties. Chris Skibinski and Tom Tropeano of Avison Young represented Scannell in the lease transaction. The tenant is The Big Beverage Company.

Located at 11920 Vanstory Dr. in Huntersville, the property was completed in 2019. It is located within The Park Huntersville, an industrial development in the I-77 corridor in Charlotte’s North submarket.

“The Charlotte market continues to see strong demand for high quality, efficient industrial facilities that can support today’s distribution needs,” said Skibinski. “The building’s institutional quality construction, efficient configuration and location near Charlotte’s major distribution routes were key differentiators in attracting The Big Beverage Company to the space.”
