Avison Young Relocates, Expands into New Phoenix Digs

Avison Young expanded its Phoenix office into 12,000 square feet of ground-floor space and relocated its 50 local employees to 2720 E. Camelback Rd. The new offices are within the Camelback Lakes office complex, a four-building project totaling 203,290 square feet and owned by a partnership between DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital Partners.

Avison Young’s David M. Genovese says, “This new space is perfect for accommodating our team and supports our future growth plans. Additionally, we have an advantage of a highly coveted ground floor location with a private entrance, and the design has been strategically modified to allow for social distancing between staff, while we continue to navigate the current pandemic environment.”

The new office features monument and building signage ideal for elevating Avison Young’s presence in the market. It also offers large meeting rooms, a lounge, a private patio, and other amenities that enable the team and clients to eventually socialize and collaborate.
