Avison Young Onboards Jonathan Danziger, Sam Werner as Principals
Avison Young has hired Jonathan Danziger and Sam Werner as principals to add depth to the firm’s Washington, DC region tenant advisory service line. In addition, Evan Lederberg has been hired as senior associate.
Danziger and Werner together bring nearly three decades of tenant advisory experience in the Washington area market, its industries, workforce and other factors that influence occupier decisions.
Danziger has represented occupiers for nearly 20 years, most recently as a principal at West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors. A DC native, he previously served in various tenant advisory roles at The Ezra Company, a Washington-based commercial real estate firm.
Werner has been a tenant advisor for more than 11 years. He was most recently a SVP at West, Lane and Schlager Realty Advisors, where he was the top producer in 2020. Prior to that, he was an associate VP at The Ezra Company.
