Avison Young Names Industrial Operations Leader
Avison Young added Los Angeles-based Patricia Perman as principal and director of client operations, Industrial. As leader of the firm’s industrial business operations, Perman will continue to grow Avison Young’s client base, amplifying the firm’s industrial footprint across the U.S. and augmenting the platform globally.
“Paty has a solid reputation in the industrial sector, bringing a high energy and passion to grow our industrial operations around the country and beyond,” said Harry Klaff, Avison Young principal and U.S. president. “Her leadership will ensure robust operations support for every client – occupiers, investors and the public sector.”
Perman brings more than 20 years’ commercial real estate experience. She most recently served as SVP of operations at JLL, where she managed daily operations for the firm’s industrial business across the U.S. Perman spent much of her career with JLL in various positions, including leadership roles in organizational management, business development and marketing.
