Avison Young Lands 2 Top Brokers from CBRE
Keith Caggiano (above) and Roshan Shah have joined Avison Young as principals based in the firm’s Manhattan office. Both were most recently EVPs with CBRE, where they were leasing brokers, mainly on the landlord side in Caggiano’s case, and the tenant-rep side in the cash of Shah.
Individually, Caggiano and Shah (below) were consistently recognized as being among CBRE’s top 10% of revenue producers nationally.
“Keith and Roshan are two of the most highly-regarded and successful commercial real estate brokers in the Tri-State Region,” said Avison Young’s Mitti Liebersohn. “At any age, that is a noteworthy distinction. The fact that they have achieved this elite status when most brokers are just beginning to advance their careers is, quite simply, remarkable.”
