Even though the vacancy rate in Los Angeles Count office spaces hasn’t changed much, there is some pretty good news to look forward to. Avison Young says that hiring in the County has improve immensely. There was apparently a 2.4-percent increase in job growth from last February to the prior period last year. On top of that, rents are on the upswing and there is more absorption. These are all good signs.
