Avison Young-Irvine Welcomes Trio of Madison Marquette Veterans

As reported on ConnectCRE, Avison Young has acquired three service lines from DC-based Madison Marquette real estate and investment firm, including its office and industrial management, agency leasing and project management. Avison Young in California will add 27 buildings and welcome three new Principals to the Irvine office.

Jim Proehl (pictured) will serve as Principal and Director of the Western Region, Real Estate Management Services. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the role. “Avison Young is on an exciting path of growth, expansion and innovation that’s transforming real estate,” commented Proehl. “I look forward to working with my new colleagues and providing Avison Young clients with strategic, customized solutions.”

Also joining the Avison Young Irvine staff is Eileen Doody as Principal. She has over 30 years of experience specializing in healthcare services. Mark Mattis also arrives at Irvine as Principal with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
