Avison Young Hires NorCal Data Center Expert as Principal

Avison Young welcomes Howard Berry to the firm as Principal, based in San Francisco. In his new role, Berry will partner with Avison Young’s existing data center real estate team to strengthen, develop and advise on sales, leasing, investment and development of data center properties.

Berry brings more than 20 years of data center experience to the company. He has proven success defining, developing, managing and completing complex commercial real estate projects on time and within budget.

“I’m incredibly excited to join forces with Avison Young, a firm that shares my values and has the ability and knowledge to support growth in the data center industry,” said Berry in a news release. 

“I am happy to welcome Howard to our growing data center real estate team,” said Juan Bueno, Principal, U.S. President, Avison Young. “Howard will help build and bolster productive partnerships across the data center landscape.”
