Avison Young Hires John Kevill as Director, Capital Markets

John Kevill, formerly managing director of Eastil Secured, has been hired as Director of U.S. Capital Markets for Avison Young. In that role, he will be expanding the company’s capital markets footprint nationwide, with an emphasis in the investment sales practice area.

One particular focus will be in the Washington, DC investment property marketplace. Kevill will be working with Avison Young’s DC office to develop a capital markets group in the region.

“John joins at a time of increased focus and commitment of resources in the capital markets business, and will help drive the recruitment and new business efforts in DC and nationally,” said Earl Webb, president, U.S. Operations for Avison Young.
