Avison Young has negotiated a 6,662-square-foot lease for Chaos, a 3D visualization technology developer, at 2 Oliver Street in Boston. This move consolidates Chaos’ operations from two non-connected floors at 71 Summer Street to a single, expansive space on the 10th floor, accommodating the company’s growth. Jeff Gates and Kirk Weller from Avison Young’s Boston office represented Chaos in the transaction. 

“This transaction marks a pivotal moment for our client, empowering them to expand and craft a space perfectly tailored to their evolving business needs,” said Gates. 2 Oliver Street features a full-service bar and restaurant, golf simulator, fitness center, conference spaces, security, bicycle storage, and immediate access to shopping, dining, Post Office Square, and the Greenway.
