Avison Young Brokers Cathedral City Industrial Sale
A multi-tenant industrial building with value-add potential located in Cathedral City, CA has traded hands for $4.8 million. Avison Young’s Keith Kropfl and Michael Ganz, along with Creatus Properties’ Thom Olson, represented the buyer, Cathedral City 2, LLC. Coldwell Banker represented the seller, North First Street Properties LP.
Built in 1989, the 29,400-square-foot industrial property is situated on 1.75 acres of land at 68945 Perez Rd., with frontage and access along Perez Road. The property is currently 100% leased to tenants that include Caliber Collision Centers, Su Casa Imports and additional space entitled for cannabis manufacturing.
