Avison Young Brokers $4M Sale of Sawgrass Executive Center in Sunrise

Avison Young has arranged the $3.9 million sale of Sawgrass Executive Center, a 24,932-square-foot office building in Sunrise. The property is located at 400 Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy.

David Duckworth, John Crotty, Michael Fay, Brian de La Fé and Berkley Bloodworth of Avison Young represented the seller, LNR Partners, in the transaction. The property was sold on the Ten-X online auction platform to 400 Sawgrass Executive Center LLC.

“Well-located, value-add office assets continue to garner significant competitive investor interest in growing markets such as Broward County,” said Duckworth. “The 96% occupied Sawgrass Executive Center is home to quality tenants with below-market rents in place, providing its new owner the option to push rents higher when leases expire.”
