Avison Young Boston Elevates Jon Pezzoni to SVP, Kirk Weller to VP
Avison Young’s Boston office has promoted Jon Pezzoni from VP to SVP and Kirk Weller from senior associate to VP. Pezzoni specializes in industrial and office leasing and sales in the Metro West/495 submarket while Weller focuses on tenant representation throughout the Greater Boston area.
Pezzoni has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and joined Avison Young’s Boston office in 2014 as an associate before rising to SVP.
Weller joined Avison Young in 2018 with five years of brokerage experience. As VP, he specializes in tenant representation in the office leasing sector.
