Avison Young Arranges Twin Cities Expansion for Stonebrooke Equipment

Avison Young negotiated a five-year lease for 99,683 square feet of industrial space on behalf of tenant Stonebrooke Equipment, Inc. at 15100 Business Pkwy. in Rosemount, MN. The firm’s Doug Fulton, Rob Youngquist and Andi Simon represented the tenant; Cushman & Wakefield represented building ownership, Business Parkway Building.

“Stonebrooke Equipment engaged our team to site an office and warehouse building to accommodate its expanding operations, including two of its other business entities, SnowWolf and ToughLite,” Fulton said.

Youngquist added, “The company currently operates out of two facilities in the south metro and the location at 15100 Business Pkwy. was an ideal location for enabling its rapid growth and attracting top talent.”

With Simon as project manager, Avison Young’s project management team is managing building improvements at 15100 Business Pkwy. prior to Stonebrooke’s move-in, slated for August.
