Avison Young Arranges Sale of 311K-SF NJ Industrial Property 

Transwestern Development Company has sold a 311,040-square-foot industrial property at 3091 Route 22 in Branchburg, NJ. The buyer, Abaline Supply Company, will utilize the space as its new headquarters. The 25.56-acre property was developed over the past two years specifically for the owner-occupier. 

Representing Transwestern Development Company in the transaction were Matthew Turse, Tim Cadigan, Judy Troiano, John Gianis, and Stephen Gianis of Avison Young. Abaline Supply Company was represented by Randy Eigen of CBRE. “In the current market, owner-occupiers continue to be a rising trend and are steadily acquiring real estate assets for their businesses,” said Cadigan.  

The property features 42 dock doors, 40-foot ceilings, parking for 29 trailers, a solar-ready roof, and convenient toll-free access to Port Newark and Elizabeth.
