Avison Young Arranges Full-Floor Lease for Corcoran 

Avison Young has facilitated a full-floor 10-year lease at 220 West 19th Street for The Corcoran Group’s Chelsea office relocation from 218 West 18th Street. The 9,200-square-foot lease comprises the entire fifth floor of the office building, fully built, furnished, and wired. 

 Red Circle NY Corp, the landlord, was represented by Avison Young’s Michael Gottlieb, Martin Cottingham, Patrick Steffens, Joel Wechsler, and Alexis Odgers. The Corcoran Group was represented in-house by Elliot Dennis and Paul Wexler. 

The property, built in 1910, serves as the headquarters for Only The Brave Group’s North American operations, offering approximately 100,000 square feet of boutique office space and street-level retail, including a Crunch Gym. Avison Young recently arranged leases for Celtra, Inc. and Covisian US, Inc. in the building’s penthouse suites and is marketing three other available floors on behalf of the ownership.
