Avison Young Arranges 47K-SF Industrial Lease in Pennsylvania

Avison Young has negotiated a 47,000-square-foot, long-term industrial lease on behalf of the tenant DYWIDAG, a global structural and geotechnical engineering solutions firm.

The site is located at 191 S Keim Street in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, within the Pottstown Industrial Complex and a submarket of the 422 Corridor. Avison Young’s Cathy Swanson, Jack Owens, and John Colvin represented the tenant. Industrial Investments, the landlord, was self-represented. Colvin is heading the completion of the tenant improvements for the new facility, which is anticipated to open this month.

“By more than doubling our space, we’re not only expanding our production capacity but also strengthening our ability to serve customers with faster delivery, improved logistics, and enhanced operational efficiency,” said Mike Kelley, President, Americas, DYWIDAG.

“The space provides for DYWIDAG’s overall growth and success, including access to rail cutting, which significantly reduces shipping costs, and with Pottstown’s centralized location to major Northeast metropolitan areas such as New York, Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia, reducing client lead times,” said Owens.
