Avison Young Arranges $3M Sale of Industrial Development Site in Marlborough
Avison Young has arranged the $2.8 million sale of 1000 Nickerson Road, a 12-acre development site in Marlborough, MASS.
The buyer, Lincoln Property Co., plans to build a 120,600-rentable-square-foot (rsf) speculative development at the site designed to accommodate all allowed industrial uses, including flex, R&D and biomanufacturing facilities. The 1000 Nickerson Road property provides direct access to I-495 and I-90 with Downtown Boston and Boston Logan both under a 40-minute drive away.
Jon Pezzoni and Brandon Dickason of Avison Young represented the seller, DBK Realty LLC, in the transaction.
