Avison Young Arranges $21M Sale of Two Land Parcels in Nashville’s Gulch

Avison Young has arranged the $20.7 million sale of two redevelopment parcels located in the Gulch in Nashville. The two parcels are located at 805 & 809 Division St., and total more than two acres. The buyer, The Dinerstein Cos., bought the two parcels for a mixed-use redevelopment.

Lisa Maki and Mike Jacobs of Avison Young represented the seller, RJ Young, in the transaction. RJ Young acquired a 20-acre property located on Freeland Station Road in 2017 for its new headquarters. The company has been headquartered at the Gulch since 1955.

“We are pleased to have selected a buyer that understood our need to make our move to the new facility as smooth a transition as possible” said Chip Crunk, CEO of RJ Young. “The Dinerstein Companies was a great fit in helping us achieve our goals on timing, and we are very excited to have our entire Nashville operation operating at one property now”
