Lisa Jesmer has joined Avison Young in Miami, FL as principal and national director, investor services business development, US.

Avison Young Appoints Lisa Jesmer to Lead Investor Services Business Development

Avison Young has named Miami, FL-based Lisa Jesmer as principal and national director, investor services business development, US. Jesmer will champion the growth of the investor services business for Avison Young and concentrate her efforts on building and fortifying the firm’s network of investors in multiple service lines nationwide.

Jesmer brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Her expertise includes developing and managing client relationships, new business development strategy, asset management, property management, leasing and due diligence and acquisitions.

In previous roles, she has maintained financial adherence to meet both corporate and property goals, striving to create operational efficiencies and maintaining a high standard of performance. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jesmer held leadership positions within JLL, CBRE and regional firms and was responsible for new business initiatives as well as oversight of asset services in the commercial division for the companies.
