Avison Young Adds Financial Analyst to Houston Team

Dawson Smith

Dawson Smith has joined the Houston office of Avison Young as a financial analyst. Smith will focus on tenant representation and work closely with principal Anthony Squillante.

“It’s exciting to have Dawson join our team as the firm continues to aggressively expand our office in Houston,” said managing director Rand Stephens.

Squillante added, “Dawson is an excellent fit for our growing tenant rep team and his talents and skillset will enable him to quickly jump in and assist customers with project-related priorities and objectives.”

Smith is a Texas A&M graduate with a bachelor of science degree in industrial distribution, with a minor in business. He also received his Executive Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Development from Rice University.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
