Real estate advisor Avison Young has welcomed Dave Smith as Principal and Director of Brokerage Services based in the firm’s Sacramento office. As a market leader, Smith will work to grow Avison Young’s client base throughout the greater Sacramento region and also recruit top talent to expand market share across multiple service lines.

Smith is a tenant representation specialist who arrives at Avison Young from Cresa, where he was involved in strategic planning, lease, consulting and more. He also worked at Opus West Corporation and Grubb & Ellis.
