Avison Young Acquires NJ-Based Interior Design Firm

Avison Young has acquired Morristown, NJ-based Studio Eagle, a workplace studio, space-planning and interior design firm and leading provider of interior design services, cost estimation, project management and construction management services.

Bruce Emtage will join Avison Young as principal and managing director, New Jersey Project Management Studio Services, and accompanied by more than 30 team members, including interior designers and project managers based in the Morristown office.

“Studio Eagle’s direct-to-market interior design-to-build services align with our understanding of the workplace as a dynamic ecosystem that must be approached holistically,” said Sheila Botting, principal and president Americas, Professional Services at Avison Young. “By offering ‘white-glove’ service that leverages a tightly-knit team to deliver everything from the space planning and interior design through construction, the Studio Eagle team brings greater value to clients and can create spaces that are more innovative, human-centric and sustainable, in line with Avison Young’s X Factor approach.”
