Avison Young Acquires Atlanta-Based CRE Firm Simpson Co.

Avison Young has acquired The Simpson Company of Georgia, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm. The acquisition will bring 16 real estate professionals from The Simpson Co. on board to meet client needs across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, agency leasing and more in Avison Young’s Atlanta offices.

The Simpson Co.’s founder and president, Frank Simpson joins Avison Young as a principal and managing director in Northeast Georgia. In addition to Atlanta and North Georgia, the team will help deliver client service across the southeast, where Avison Young has presence across asset classes and sectors, spanning Florida through the Carolinas.
