Avison Team Markets Rockaway Beach Rentals
Avison Young is marketing the 92-unit Shore View Apartment Complex at 9202-9280 Holland Ave. in Queens’ Rockaway Beach neighborhood. The complex has assumable debt and a regulatory agreement running through the period of the 421A Abatement, which lasts through 2030. The asking price is $29 million.
An Avison team of James Nelson, Fritz Richter, Sam Schertz, Allan Fries, Joseph Rosenfeld and Alexandra Marolda is marketing the complex.
“The Shore View Apartment’s value has been enhanced by the new development and rejuvenation efforts in the Rockaways following Hurricane Sandy,” said Nelson. “The four-building complex is steps away from the new and improved Rockaway Beach Boardwalk which provides a five-and-a-half-mile walkway along the Atlantic Ocean.”
He added that the complex is just off Rockaway Beach Boulevard, a popular retail street. “The property’s location is flourishing, making it an excellent opportunity for both residents and investors,” Nelson said.
