Avison Team Markets Rebranded Plaza 52 for Lease

Avison Young has been tapped to lease the rebranded Plaza 52, a 54,437-square-foot boutique office building at 133 W. 52nd St. between Sixth and Seventh. The firm’s Roshan Shah and Keith Caggiano will market, reposition and lease the property on behalf of the owner, Beekman Real Estate Investment Management.

“The strong leasing activity we’ve been able to generate in less than a month after being awarded the assignment is proof that the building’s new construction, coupled with its amenity package, set this property apart from others in this market,” said Shah.

The Avison Young team has lined up a lease with design firm Badgley Mischka on the property’s fifth floor. Additional activity is underway on other floors.

Additionally, the property has a 5,000-square-foot ground floor retail space under separate ownership, which has been leased to International hospitality company Bulldozer Group.
