Avison Team Brings 815 Second to 100% Occupancy

Avison Young has brought 815 Second Ave. to 100% occupancy with a 4,000-square-foot lease for H&D Physical & Occupational Therapy. H&D is relocating from 708 Third Ave.

An Avison Young team of Arthur Mirante, Martin Cottingham and Matthew Pynn represented the building’s owner, The Domestic and Foreign Mission Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church. NYC Realty Advisors’ Thomas Birnbaum represented H&D.

“We have secured first-rate, high-level tenants for 815 Second, and our most recent lease with H&D Physical & Occupational Therapy will now result in the property becoming completely occupied,” said Mirante. “This lease, and the high quality of the asset and its management at 815 Second, validate the growth of Midtown East as both a residential and commercial community.”

The firm recently closed a 3,463-square-foot, long-term retail lease for Midtown Hardware on the property’s ground floor, and last year arranged a 12,708-square-foot renewal for the Lyceum Kennedy International School.
