Avison Team Arranges Midtown Space for Cozen O’Connor

Avison Young arranged a 10-year, 7,100-square-foot lease at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 100 Park Ave. for Cozen O’Connor. The law firm, which relocated its main offices Downtown to 3 World Trade Center in a lease also arranged by Avison Young, will use the 100 Park space as a Midtown office and conference center.

An Avison team of Arthur Mirante, Michael Gottlieb, Jennifer Ogden Philadelphia-based David Fahey and Chicago-based Jeff Lindenmeyer represented Cozen O’Connor. SL Green was represented in-house by Caitlin Cole, Jeremy Bier and Larry Swiger, and by Cushman & Wakefield’s Justin Royce and Connor Daugstrup.

“With the relocation and consolidation of Cozen O’Connor’s Midtown and Downtown offices to 3 World Trade Center, the firm felt it was important to maintain a Midtown location that will include multiple conference rooms and offices for visiting attorneys,” Mirante said. 100 Park filled the bill, said Gottlieb.
