Avison Tapped to Lease 12 Penn Plaza

Avison Young New York has been named leasing agent for 12 Penn Plaza, a 35,165-square-foot, six-story boutique office building in Midtown Manhattan across from Penn Station. The newly developed property offers negotiable naming rights and signage opportunities for full-building HQ tenants.

An Avison Young team led by senior director Brooks Hauf and his team, including associates Cole Chartash, Katie Richardson and Peter Johnson, have been retained to lease the property on behalf of owner Churchill Real Estate.

The property offers 4,653-square-foot, flexible floorplates, with ground-floor retail available. Ownership is open to building space to suit for tenants and leasing at flexible lease-term lengths.

“As Manhattan makes its comeback, 12 Penn Plaza will stand out to users that want to control their office environment, while gaining the unique benefits of significant branding, signage and marketing opportunities, which are typically only offered to tenants who lease several hundred thousand square feet,” said Hauf.
