Avison Markets Clinton Hill Mixed-Use for Sale

The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young has been hired to sell 1004 Fulton St., a 5,280-square-foot mixed-use building in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill neighborhood. The asking price is $4.9 million.

An Avison Young team led by senior director Brandon Polakoff, associate director Fritz Richter, and associate Jeremy Stenberg is marketing the property on behalf of ownership. The four-story building is comprised of six recently renovated residential units, all occupied, along with a newly signed, long-term leased retail unit on the first floor.

“Clinton Hill has quickly become one of Brooklyn’s trendiest neighborhoods and newly renovated 1004 Fulton St. make this one of the most attractive investment opportunities in the area,” said Polakoff. “On top of its location and excellent condition, the property benefits from a COVID-19 proof tenant that recently signed a new lease.”
