Avison Hires Associate for Industrial Practice Group

Brian Pomorski has joined Avison Young as an associate in the industrial practice group, based in the suburban Chicago office in Rosemont, IL. He’ll work mainly with the brokerage team of Chris Lydon and Chris Tecu.

With more than five years’ experience within the commercial real estate industry, Pomorski will focus on continuing work with corporate users and institutional owners within the Chicago marketplace as well as nationally. Pomorski served most recently as an associate within Transwestern’s industrial brokerage team in Chicago, where he was recognized as the 2017 Midwest Region Industrial Rising Star.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Pomorski worked as an associate for Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation & advisory’s industrial practice group.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
