Avison Arranges 3 Simultaneous Deals for ClearChoice

Avison Young has arranged three separate medical office leases in Queens’ Long Island City neighborhood, in Garden City on Long Island and in Westchester County’s New Rochelle, for ClearChoice Management Services. The long-term leases each represent new locations for the Denver-based provider of dental implants.

The leases were as follows; 9,170 square feet at 22-15 43rd Ave. in LIC; 9,500 square feet at 990 Stewart Ave. in Garden City; and 10,200 square feet at 20 Cedar St. in New Rochelle. Cushman & Wakefield represented building owner Werwaiss & Company in the LIC transaction; NAI represented Onyx Equities in the Garden City lease; and Katter Company represented Cedar Plaza Associates in New Rochelle.

Multiple Avison Young teams worked on the three simultaneous leases. “A multi-office transaction like this demonstrates the strength and collaborative makeup of the national Avison Young brand and culture,” said Arthur Mirante, tri-state president.

Connect Healthcare is slated for October 29 and 30 at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Follow this link for more information and to register for the conference.
