Avison Adds Leasing Veteran Peter Gross to NYC Team

Peter Gross has joined Avison Young’s New York office as a principal specializing in transaction management. He brings more than 15 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions, dispositions and development assemblages.

Before joining Avison Young, Gross was co-head of operations and a top senior broker for Douglas Elliman Commercial, where he was the top-grossing commercial agent in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

“We are thrilled to have someone of Pete’s background and caliber join us at Avison Young, as he brings a combination of tenant rep expertise, landlord rep experience and wide connections among capital markets and residential brokers,” said Mitti Liebersohn, president of the New York office. “Having been co-head of a brokerage division, Pete also brings managerial and mentoring skills with him that will help us develop our emerging talent at Avison Young.”
