Avery Hall’s JV Lands $73M for Gowanus MF Development 

Brooklyn developer Avery Hall and its joint venture partners, Declaration Partners and Bridge Investment Group have secured $72.5 million in construction financing for 544 Carroll St., a 17-story ground-up Class A multifamily development in Gowanus, Brooklyn. TD Bank provided the financing. 

The project will comprise 133 units, of which 25% will be allocated for affordable housing. It is scheduled for completion in Q4 2025 and will feature a rooftop lounge, fitness center, and event space.  

JLL represented the borrower with a team led by Christopher Peck and Peter Rotchford.
