Houston-based Avera Companies announced plans to develop a 143-acre industrial park in the Houston suburb of Pasadena, TX. The project, to be named Bayport Logistics Park, will be situated along Underwood Road, south of Fairmont Parkway.

Planned amenities for the facility include Union Pacific rail service and pipeline access. Further, the project plan allows for the end user to design the facility to desired specifications.

Avera’s Trey Odom says, “Prime industrial sites in the southeast submarket have become exceedingly difficult to find, due to increasing scarcity, presenting a big challenge in a submarket with constant demand,” he said.

The project marks Avera’s second in-development, Pasadena-area industrial park.
