Avera Launches 644K-SF Cedar Port Logistics Construction

Avera Cos. and partner AEW Capital Management officially broke ground on Cedar Port Logistics, a 643,951-square-foot, rail-served speculative building in the Cedar Port Industrial Park of Baytown, TX. The development will be situated on 40.8 acres at 4725 E. Grand Pkwy South, east of FM 1405, and will be served by the Union Pacific and BNSF railroads.

Gray Gilbert, Holden Rushing and Chris Haro of NAI Partners have been retained to lease the project; office space can be built out based on tenant requirements. The building has capacity to be expanded to 760,400 square feet, and offers a 36-foot clear height, a 185-foot truck court and outside storage.
