Aventon Cos. to Develop $100M Apartment Project in Alexandria

Aventon Cos. has announced the start of construction for Aventon Huntington, a 366-unit apartment community located adjacent to the Huntington Metro station in Alexandria, VA.

The new property is situated just south of Washington D.C. and within a few miles of Old Town Alexandria, the Capital Beltway, Reagan National Airport and Amazon’s future headquarters in National Landing. Located on approximately four acres at 5919 N. Kings Highway, the community will offer studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in seven stories and include smart home technology and high-end finishes. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, remote-working lounges, fitness and yoga studios, gaming and media lounges, a pod-cast studio, roof-top deck and indoor sky lounge with private dining space as well as a pet spa, automated package delivery, bike storage and covered parking.
