Aventon Companies Dips a Toe into South Carolina with Charleston Multifamily

Raleigh, NC-based Aventon Companies has broken ground on its first luxury apartment community in SC, a 30-acre project encompassing 394 units in the Charleston submarket of West Ashley.

“With Charleston consistently experiencing year-over-year employment growth while seeing its economy and tourism industry reach unparalleled heights, Aventon Companies decided to launch our first project in SC here,” said Ron Perera, senior managing direct of the multifamily developer and contractor firm. “South Carolina is a key part of our regional growth plan.”

The community, Aventon Bees Ferry, will include clubhouse with spaces for lounging, remote work and fitness; pool; gaming lawn and a nature-centered space. This pet-friendly community will also feature a pet spa and on-site dog park. Each of the four-story buildings within the pet-friendly development will offer elevator access.
