Avdoo & Partners to Launch 105-Unit BK Resi Project

Avdoo & Partners Development is set to launch sales for Bergen, a new condominium project in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, in Spring 2024, with previews starting in February. Designed by Taller Frida Escobedo, known for their work on the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Bergen will feature 105 units ranging from studios to five bedrooms, priced from $700,000.

Workstead will design the interiors, emphasizing indoor-outdoor living, with 75% of units having private outdoor space. The building will offer over 14,500 square feet of interior amenities across four levels, including health, wellness, and entertainment spaces, as well as 12,000 square feet of exterior amenities, including parks designed by DXA Studio and Patrick Cullina. Bergen is expected to be completed in 2025.
