Avatar Financial Group has appointed Jim Tarte as Chief Financial Officer. A seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of experience, Tarte will oversee all financial operations, reporting, and investor relations.

Tarte brings a deep track record of success spanning real estate, construction, SaaS, and e-commerce sectors. Over his career, he has led organizations through complex growth phases, secured over $100 million in debt and equity financings, and executed strategic M&A transactions across multiple markets.

He joins Avatar from Collabra Technology, a real estate-focused SaaS platform, where he served as CFO. He previously held senior financial roles at MoxiWorks, Momentum, and PNW Inc., as well as consulting positions with real estate investment firms and family offices.
